As a Bike Delivery Courier, you will be the main face of Insomnia Cookies to the local community, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream within the store’s surrounding area.

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fanbase, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers, both in-person and by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must own a non‑motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted).
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
• Pay-on-Demand:
