The role features structured training, predictable routes, and a compensation package with full benefits after 30 days. Trainee pay starts at $650+ per week during training, with orientation paid at $300.
Average weekly earnings range $1,200–$1,400 plus $0.55–$0.65 per mile and $15 per stop. Typical cycle: out ~12 days, home ~2 days (bi-weekly home time).
