The Maintenance Service Coordinator will report to the Manager of Fleet Services. The Maintenance Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance services within an organization. This role involves coordinating service requests, scheduling maintenance activities, and liaising with maintenance technicians and external service providers. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of maintenance processes.

Effective communication and collaboration with various departments, including logistics, maintenance, and procurement, are essential for success in this role. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements is crucial for implementing best practices in tire management.

• Service Request Coordination:
  • Receive and process maintenance service requests from various departments.
  • Prioritize and schedule service appointments based on urgency and operational requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of service requests and their status.
• Scheduling and Planning:
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
