Non CDL Driver - 1st Shift 5AM to 5PM

Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Baltimore!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver who can operate a 26-foot box truck across the Baltimore, MD area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

• Delivering throughout MD, DC, DE, VA
• Operating a 26‑ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Complete deliveries on time schedule and clearly communicate changes
• Load, unload, and organize truck per schedule needs
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four‑wheeled cart weighing up to 200 lbs
• Maintain at least 2 years of delivery experience within a 26‑ft box truck and valid DOT medical card
• Pass a 7‑year MVR review
• Experience with pre‑trip, post‑trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Demonstrate a can‑do attitude with strong customer focus
• Show proven longevity in past employment
• Touch freight experience

• Consistent work hours – M‑F position 1st shift, varying start and end time of 5 AM/8 AM to 3 PM/6 PM
• Full‑time roles with benefits, sick leave, vacation from day one
• Direct hire – 40–50 hours per week
• Competitive salary – fixed $24.00 per hour (non‑negotiable)
• New hire bonus – $3,000 after completing probation
