Material Handler

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry, is seeking Material Handlers to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $18.00/hr.*
* ** Shift:
** 4-12:30am

** What's the Job?*
* + Safely load and unload products within the distribution center using material handling equipment

+ Process customer orders by scanning bar codes, picking, labeling, and packing items

+ Build pallets, re-palletize products for shipment, and manage dock manifest duties

+ Operate RF technology and WMS to ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following SOP and safety guidelines

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma, GED required

+ 2 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift

+

Experience with material handling equipment such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Counterbalance forklifts

+ Ability to obtain forklift certification in accordance with company guidelines

+ Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and work well with others
