Warehouse Associate schedules are identified below. Warehouse Associates are hired into one of the schedules.

Warehouse schedules
  • Option 1 — Shift: Day;
    Days Off:
    Wednesday, Thursday, Friday;
    Start Time: 7:00 AM;
    End Time: 5:30 PM
  • Option 2 — Shift: Day;
    Days Off:
    Sunday, Monday, Tuesday;
    Start Time: 7:00 AM;
    End Time: 5:30 PM
  • Option 3 — Shift: Night;
    Days Off:
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday;
    Start Time: 5:30 PM;
    End Time: 4:00 AM
  • Option 4 — Shift: Night;
    Days Off:
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday;
    Start Time: 8:00 PM;
    End Time: 6:30 AM

Actual schedules available may vary based on site needs at the time.

Warehouse associates will ensure the needs of both production and warehouse are met throughout their respective shifts by the timely and safe delivery, shipping, and receiving of produce and packaged goods.

Detailed Responsibilities Receiving
  • Apply glad hand lock and wheel chocks for any trailer to unload
  • Assist FSQA and receivers with breakdown of pallets for quality checks and to transport to storage
  • Place produce or packaged goods into correct storage when received
  • Staging of placed produce/packaging must follow FIFO and use correct temperature storage location; remove any plastic from produce that needs to breathe
  • Notify leadership if any product is found out of correct location
  • Work on creating space for inbound loads
  • Ensure all storage pods are kept free of debris
Replenishing
  • Set floor for decanting and shipping lines per drop list and boxing call out
  • All packaging material is prepared for box team, shipping lines, and decanting area
  • Before production runs completely out of product, bring out the requested material according to the production count
  • Respond to any additional product needs for production
  • Move items needed for production, warehouse, sanitation, or FSQA
  • Before breaks, check with the production team and visually confirm area is stocked
  • Near end of shift remove material from the drop zone and return area for the incoming shift; all product is returned to the home location
  • Ensure pallets in storage are front faced, leveled, and plastic removed
  • Maintain organization of assigned storage areas
Shipping
  • Check trailers on the shipping dock for trash or debris and remove items not needed for shipments
  • Apply glad hand lock and chock wheels prior to loading
  • Load trucks with complete pallets according to the load diagram with management approval (full load typically 26 pallets)
  • Place a Fed Ex seal on the trailer door when fully loaded and record the serial number; remove the glad hand lock and submit paperwork to leadership
Support other Warehouse functions
  • We are one team. Team members are expected to assist with completing any function needed to deliver finished goods to the customer, including using equipment certified for use or assisting other departments as needed.
General Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety procedures, including pre-shift equipment checks and wearing required PPE
  • Follow facility GMPs and help enforce them
  • Sign for all equipment needed to perform duties and sign back in upon shift completion
  • Support the company’s SQF food safety system and quality programs
  • Be respectful of others and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
