Warehouse Operations Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 PM*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Assist with VMI put away and ordering processes to ensure inventory accuracy

+ Provide excellent customer service to support order placement, quoting, sourcing, and logging cost savings statistics

+ Manage MSC Control Point Solutions, including Vendor Managed Inventory, vending, or storeroom programs, including ordering and product optimization

+ Collaborate with the team to determine sourcing strategies for customer projects, driving savings and operational improvements

+ Participate in customer plant or production meetings, strategic initiatives, and Lean/Six Sigma events to support continuous improvement
