• Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put‑away and ship product per established production rates using specified processes and procedures.
• Cross‑train to work in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put‑away assignments based on business and operational needs.
• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship orders to retail stores and online customers following company and industry standard operating procedures.
• Follow all safety rules, policies and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including reporting safety violations.
• Comply with all Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
• Respond proactively to direction from leadership and other departmental personnel.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu‑driven applications.
• Familiarity with or ability to learn warehouse layout.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product.
• Ability to pack product using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills to match numbers.
• Cross‑trainable in receiving, pick, pack, put‑away and shipping processes.
• Understand other functions of the business as they apply to the position.
• Work closely and effectively with others, promoting teamwork.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

• Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments.

• Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Starting base pay is $18.50/hr certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
