Warehouse Associate

Position

Warehouse Associate – Baltimore, Maryland.

Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour. Shift pay: $2.00 per hour for night shifts.

Schedule:

Sunday–Wednesday 10:00pm–8:00am.

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and complete required scanning.
• Train dock employees on new procedures.
• Secure the facility at shift end and investigate scanning or housekeeping issues.
• Perform picking, packing, and housekeeping duties.
• Handle material moves according to logical transactions.
• Participate in work groups and team activities for process improvement.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least six months of warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain them.
• May be required to operate manual or automated manufacturing equipment; intermediate knowledge preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification.
• Basic English reading, math, and computer skills for safety and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
