Leonard Paper Company is hiring a mid-level Warehouse Night Order Selector for a full‑time night shift position in Baltimore. The role involves selecting food service disposables and janitorial supplies, operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM (overtime some days). Start rate: $20.00 /hr; after 90‑day probationary period, $30.80 /hr.

Paid training is provided, including electric jack and forklift certification.

• Pass training and develop the ability to operate an electric pallet jack, forklift, and other material‑handling equipment.
• Pass a Pallet Jack Certification class.
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products onto trucks.
• Select customer orders accurately.
• Maintain attention to detail and multi‑task effectively.
• Conduct oneself safely and maintain a clean and walkable work environment.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and stand or walk continuously during shift.
