* Qualifications:

*** High School diploma or equivalent required
* Computer literacy required  
* Minimum of 3 years prior warehouse experience  
* Basic inventory management skills
* Ability to perform simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
* Previous forklift experience  
* Able to accurately pick and pack orders
* Forklift certifications for all required equipment   
* Experience with forklift-mounted computers and barcode scanners (training available on the job)
* Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
** Responsibilities:
** As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials for both inbound and outbound shipments.  
** Labor intense job in a non-climate control environment.

* Key Duties:

*** Safely pick, pack, load, and ship orders as required
* Review and follow special instructions for all pack sets
* Utilize the Branch Locator system for accurate transactions
* Receive and inspect incoming material from Victaulic subsidiaries, customers, and vendors
* Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and good inventory management practices
* Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties to keep the warehouse and property clean and organized
* Assist "will call" customers as needed
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and the code of ethics
* Comply with all safety guidelines and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) practices
