Lead and direct the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations;
Verify and ensure all applicable warehouse processes are followed including, but not limited to, processes for handling damaged product check-in;
Train and lead Warehouse Personnel and evaluate processes striving for continuous improvements;
Communicate with Warehouse Management and Warehouse Personnel regarding identified process improvements, personnel improvements, quality, Out-of-Stocks (OOS);
Lead and model the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance with safety policies and procedures
