The Wire Room Technician ensures product integrity by cutting, pulling, inspecting, and packing wire and cable orders accurately the first time. This role is critical in the fulfillment chain and directly affects customer confidence.

Monday – Friday, 1:00am – 9:00pm.

Starting between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Cut, pull, inspect, and pack wire and cable orders accurately.
• Operate Wemco or Reel‑O‑matic wire machines safely and correctly.
• Pull and load conduit wire with care to prevent damage.
• Verify order details before release to catch errors early.
• Support inbound receiving, ensuring product is processed accurately.
• Maintain inventory management, stock rotation, and process returns correctly.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
• Keep a clean, organized work area that supports safe, efficient operation.
• Flag issues early—accuracy problems, safety concerns, supply shortages—to prevent escalation.
• Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
• Support cross‑training efforts to increase team flexibility.

After 90 days, you and your manager should see:

• Wire and cable orders cut and packed accurately with rare rework or returns.
• Machines operated safely and maintained properly.
• Inventory received, rotated, and processed without repeated corrections.
