Inventory Control Tech

Position Overview

Lineage is expanding! Join our growing team on the 2nd Shift (7:00PM–3:30PM). Weekends required.

Pay: $22.50/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential, Pay Range: $17.79–$30.05.

• Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration within the facility.
• Manage data concerning ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility.
• Order shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.
• Receive, review, and verify incoming shipments for correct quantity and product type.
• Process inbound and outbound orders safely and accurately.
• Record and track materials received, stored, and distributed within the facility.
• Weigh, count, and inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and shipping records.
• Compile and review information from purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
• Monitor stock levels and identify when inventory needs replenishment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and report damages, discrepancies, or inventory adjustments.
• Verify product IDs, pallet IDs, and stock numbers to ensure accurate shipments.
• Organize and stage materials to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment while following all safety policies and regulatory standards.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, quality control, or related warehouse operations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in the facility’s primary language.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in an ambient warehouse environment (temperatures up to ~100°F).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 40lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
