Warehouse Operations Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18

** Shift:
** 6am-2:30pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate various equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the facility.

+ Maintain accurate records of inventory and movement of goods.

+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Assist in developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within the warehouse environment.

+ Work under supervision to complete routine tasks and support team operations.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Zero (0) to one (1) year of warehouse or related experience.

+ Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.

+ Effective communication skills and basic math proficiency.

+ Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, stooping, and reaching.
