Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Join Kohl's Department Stores as a Seasonal Warehouse Associate supporting our busy retail season. In this fast-paced role, you'll receive, unload, sort, and palletize merchandise, pick and pack customer and store orders, and prepare shipments with speed and accuracy. Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and maintain organized, safe work areas. You'll regularly lift, move, and stack cartons, follow safety and quality procedures, and work closely with team members and leads to meet daily productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and sort incoming merchandise from trailers and vendors
• Pick, pack, and label store and online customer orders accurately
• Operate RF scanners and basic warehouse systems to track inventory
• Palletize, wrap, and stage freight for outbound shipment
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5
• S and safety standards
• Follow all safety, lifting, and equipment-use procedures
• Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and quality goals
• Collaborate with team members and leads to prioritize work during peak volume
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution
• Support other warehouse tasks as assigned during peak seasonal demand
