We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Inventory Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, and maintaining an organized yard and work environment. This position requires independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Keeping a clean and organized warehouse
- Use of scanners and computer systems to track inventory movement
- Pulling, labeling, and staging parts for scheduled jobs and projects
- Organizing and putting away inventory
- Yard maintenance and organization, including outdoor work year-round
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, yard, and vehicle
- Delivering parts and equipment to internal technicians using company vehicles
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements and Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical (company-paid)
- No CDL required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy; experience with scanners a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-facing demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
