As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in shaping children's early development. Your day‑to‑day work will include:

• Creating and delivering engaging, play‑based activities
• Supporting children's emotional, social, and educational needs
• Observing, assessing, and documenting progress in line with the EYFS
• Helping to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child feels valued

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to ensuring the welfare and safety of children
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
• Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development
