As a Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping young lives while supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering the highest standards of care and education
• Ensuring safeguarding practices and nursery policies are always followed
• Supporting management with health, safety, security and wellbeing of children, staff and visitors
• Leading within the key person system, including observations, assessments and progress tracking
• Supporting children’s emotional and social development using positive behaviour management
• Encouraging good personal hygiene, healthy eating and independence
