Yard Operative – Oxfordshire (Private Eventing Estate)
Full-Time | Long-Term | ASAP Start

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Yard Operative to join a well-established private eventing estate in Oxfordshire.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Temporary to Permanent

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the yard, including stable management, turnout, yard organisation, paddock and fencing upkeep, feed ordering, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining clean communal areas.

Ideal Candidate:

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round

Genuine love of animals with a strong sense of responsibility

Flexible and adaptable when required

Professional, organised, and takes pride in high standards

Requirements:

Excellent contactable references

Full UK driving licence and own transport (no public transport access to site)
