About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounting professional to join our dynamic team in Bandar Lampung branch. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality, and cost-effective accounting and finance services to support the overall financial operations of our organization.

• Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
• Providing comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to minimise the organisation's tax obligations
• Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Conducting financial analyses and generating insightful reports to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various projects and initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Mentoring and developing more junior members of the accounting and finance team

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar finance and accounting role, preferably within the education or non-profit sector
• Degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or ACCA)
• Excellent knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
