Job Description

• Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
• Visiting merchants daily to promote products and gather feedback.
• Ensuring smooth operation of programs in the area and meeting sales targets.
• Ensuring placement of POP materials and in-store promotions.
• Coordinating with partner operational teams for sales, competitor, and field issue updates.
• Managing approximately 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 sales promoters.
• Monitoring daily activities of promoters.
• Conducting training and refresher sessions for the field team and promoters.
• Monitoring first billing data by promoters and merchants.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably staff (non-management, non-supervisor) with experience in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and areas.
• Good communication and marketing skills, including social media proficiency.
