Kandidat dengan SMA/SMK atau S1, IPK minimal 2,75 untuk lulusan S1, serta kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal yang baik akan cocok. Penguasaan Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) dan SIM menjadi nilai tambah.
