Administrative Officer

PT DREDC Engineering Consultant is looking for an Administrative Officer to join our growing Indonesia team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting daily business operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Manage daily administrative operations, document preparation, and data management.

Coordinate meetings, schedules, visitor reception, and general administrative support.

Assist with procurement requests, payment processing, and office administration.

Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and project records.

Support administrative coordination and communication across departments.

Perform other duties assigned by management to ensure smooth office operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Good command of English is required;
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.

Experience in document management and administrative process coordination is preferred.
