CPC ADMIN

Responsibilities

• Melakukan input data transaksi cash processing ke sistem
• Mencatat hasil counting, sorting, dan balancing uang tunai
• Membuat laporan harian terkait aktivitas Cash Processing Center (CPC)
• Memverifikasi kelengkapan dokumen setoran dan hasil proses cash
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi data antara fisik uang dan sistem
• Mengarsipkan dokumen operasional CPC secara rapi dan terstruktur
• Memastikan data yang diinput akurat dan sesuai dengan hasil aktual
• Mendukung proses administrasi untuk audit internal dan eksternal
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional terkait selisih atau ketidaksesuaian data
• Menyiapkan laporan mingguan dan bulanan untuk supervisor/management
• Menjaga kerahasiaan data dan keamanan informasi cash processing
• Membantu kelancaran operasional administrasi di area CPC
