- Mengelola proses pengadaan proyek tender, termasuk analisis terhadap dokumen tender seperti TOR, RFP, RFQ & dokumen pendukung lainnya.
- Menyusun proposal teknis, estimasi biaya dan timeline, serta resource planning
- Mengontrol pelaksanaan proyek dari tahap initiation, planning, execution, monitoring dan project closing
- Mengelola risk & issue management
- Menjadi penghubung utama antara tim internal, vendor dan klien
- Menyusun laporan proyek secara berkala (Weekly/Monthly)
- Mengontrol proses testing (SIT, UAT) dan implementasi go life
- S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi atau jurusan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang IT PMO minimal 1 tahun
- Menguasai Microsoft Word, Excel, & Teams
- Menguasai salah satu project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
- Mampu mengelola proses pengadaan proyek tender, termasuk analisis terhadap dokumen tender seperti TOR, RFP, RFQ & dokumen pendukung lainnya.

- Mampu mengontrol pelaksanaan proyek dari tahap initiation, planning, execution, monitoring dan project closing
- Mampu mengelola risk & issue management
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik ke internal perusahaan maupun berkomunikasi dengan pihak luar.
- Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Bandung
