Melangkah. looking for a strategic and hands‑on leader who can bridge business strategy with operational execution.
In this role, you will work closely with the Founder to drive business performance, improve operational excellence, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure business initiatives are executed effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business goals into actionable execution plans
- Drive SOP, workflow, and operational improvements
- Monitor KPI performance and business dashboards
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, IT)
- Support business growth initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, PMO, Operations Excellence, or related roles
- Preferably has experience in a digital agency or a similar industry
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experienced in building and improving SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business acumen
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment
