Contact customers to confirm installation appointments.

Verify customer information and prepare installation documents.

Process and maintain service administration (After Service, Product Replacement, and Product Exchange).

Update service records and documentation in the system.

Manage petty cash and process operational expenses, including technician claims.

Coordinate office and facility maintenance requirements.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, including vehicle, claim, cost, and expenditure reports.

Support daily administrative activities to ensure smooth branch operations.

Job Requirement:

Minimum D3/S1 in communication major is preferable

Deep understanding at end-to-end operational process and customer service

Proven customer service experience at least for 1 years

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Good understanding in administrative, document & petty cash

Good interpersonal, communication skills, and attitude

Able to speak English is preferable

Willing to be placed in Coway Bandung branch located in Ciparay, Bandung
