Head of Finance & Accounting – Food FMCG Company – Bandung, Indonesia
About the Role
Our client, a nationwide Food FMCG company, is seeking a Head of Finance & Accounting to lead the full finance function. This role oversees statutory accounting, management reporting, budgeting, treasury, cost control, commercial finance, tax management, and the development of finance systems and reporting applications. Reporting directly to the President Director and Board of Directors, this is a key leadership role driving financial excellence and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations across the company.
- Oversee statutory reporting, monthly/annual closing, and compliance.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis.
- Manage treasury, cashflow, and working capital.
- Lead cost control and commercial finance activities to support business growth.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and audit processes.
- Enhance finance systems, reporting tools, and process automation.
- Develop and lead the finance team; implement best-practice financial governance.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Mandatory experience in FMCG (Food FMCG preferred).
- Proven leadership in managing full finance functions at corporate level.
- Strong background in statutory accounting, budgeting, treasury, cost and commercial finance.
- Experience in top auditing firms (Big 4/Top Audit Firms) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, governance, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Track record in transforming finance functions and improving processes.
