PT. Sejahtera Mitra Solusi sedang mencari Remedial Officer (Collection) untuk mengelola kegiatan penagihan A/R overdue secara tepat waktu. Posisi ini berada di Kota Bandung dan tidak memerlukan pengalaman sebelumnya, membuatnya terbuka bagi lulusan baru.
Tugas utama termasuk mengunjungi nasabah yang telah melewati jatuh tempo untuk melakukan follow up dan memastikan proses penagihan berjalan lancar. Keahlian yang dibutuhkan adalah kerjasama tim dan kemampuan untuk bekerja dibawah tekanan.
