Finance & Accounting Supervisor

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise daily finance and accounting activities, including bookkeeping, payment, billing, and financial reporting.

Prepare and review financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and other related reports.

Monitor account receivables, customer credit limits, and payment collection to ensure smooth business operations.

Handle customer visits and coordinate with related departments to analyze customer creditworthiness.

Lead, guide, and monitor team performance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; having Brevet A & B certification and experience using SAP will be an advantage.

Minimum 2 year of experience in managing a team, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related functions.

Strong analytical skills in reviewing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) reports.

Experienced in handling and visiting customers, as well as analyzing customer creditworthiness.

Willing to be placed in Bandung and able to work both independently and collaboratively with related departments.
