Head of Finance - Retail

The Head of Finance role in the retail industry requires a highly skilled professional to oversee financial management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This position, based in Bandung, involves strategic decision-making and financial leadership to support business objectives.

A fast-growing retail company with an expanding presence in Indonesia, based in Bandung.

• Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Managing and optimising cash flow and financial resources.
• Preparing accurate financial reports and presenting them to senior management.
• Supervising and mentoring the accounting and finance team.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial performance.
• Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10-15 years of experience in a global retail or FMCG company. Prior Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English fluency is a must.
