This is a Sr. Front Office position. Full-time, 1-year contract.

• Have prior experience in hospitality or hotels, ideally in a refined or luxury setting.
• Carry a warm, inclusive, and positive attitude while maintaining professionalism.
• Present themselves neatly and with confidence, reflecting hospitality standards.
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Are culturally sensitive and able to make every guest feel genuinely valued.
• Are willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Communicate clearly in English (additional languages are an advantage).
