We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Agency Recruitment Specialist in Bandung and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:- Conduct Recruitment activities/events and arrange the delivery of recruitment event programs as scheduled
- Develop recruitment and activity tools, including training Agency Leaders to become recruiters and developers
- Develop and deliver a 90-day program for new recruits
- Coordinate, deliver, and monitor activity events in branches with Agency Leaders
- Increase productivity in recruitment and active agents
- Socialize, implement, and increase the usage of digital recruitment and activity tools
- Provide reports and analysis of recruitment, activities, and update progress to CAO
- Bachelor's Degree, any major
- Minimum 5 years in the life insurance industry as a leader
- Leadership, presentation skill, public speaking, recruitment and development expertise, and a wide network
- MS Office, Power Point
