Responsibilities
- Assist Manager in controlling daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise all restaurant activity, both service and kitchen operations.
- Prepare crew schedule and conduct daily briefing.
- Handle customer feedback, including complaints and compliments.
- Minimal D3, preferable from Hospitality.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager in a reputable restaurant.
- Good leadership and well-groomed.
- Willing to be placed in Kota Baru Pahrayangan, Paris Van Java & Trans Studio Mall Bandung.
- Familiar with handling raw material stock control using a semi-manual system.
