Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, Cullinary
At least have 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Outlet Manager
Good understanding of Restaurant Operations Management and First Class Restaurant Service
Strong leadership skills, good team management, and have a high level of work commitment
Experienced in managing full end-to-end operations induding Kitchen, Barista, & Service Area
Having a good communication skills and a good analytical thinking
Willing to work in Bandung West Java and work in Shift Schedule
Job DescriptionEnsure all work equipment at the outlet is complete and in a good conditions
Ensure daily TC & APC are achieved
Supervised the proper and balanced use of petty cash
Ensure all promosional activities run smoothly in the outlet
Ensure the accuracy and achievement of outlet efficiency targets for COGS, OPEX, Labor Cost, Waste & Spoilage, and etc.
Ensure QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) is properly implemented in the outlet
Ensure Service Area, Kitchen Area, Outdoor Spaces, and General Cleaning are done accoring to Standards
