Our first brand 'Somethinc' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beauty haul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models on our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within the South Asia region.

• Increase sales performance in the assigned area through effective distributor management
• Monitor distributor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Monitor and ensure promotion programs are executed accurately and on schedule
• Arrange call plans and set sales targets for salesmen
• Monitor and evaluate salesmens target achievement
  
  Develop monthly sales forecasts and manage Purchase Order (PO) realization for distributors
• Obtain and review regular sales reports from distributors (Sell In, Sell Out, Pareto stores)
• Participate in monitoring store accounts receivable (AR) to ensure healthy payment cycles
• Ensure all distributor claims comply with company policies and approved provisions
• Prepare and submit distributor sales reports (Sell Out) on a weekly and monthly basis

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Area Sales Manager (experience in the beauty industry is a plus point)
• Willing to work mobily and actively monitor assigned areas
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be rotated to any assigned area
