Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of Sales Volume (Unit & NF), Approval & Selling Rate
- Analyze market situation & make plans, specific actions to generate better sales (Sales package etc.)
- Controlling and Monitoring Account Officer performance (Coaching & Counselling) and Training New Account Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university, preferably in economics/related field
- Having experience min. 5 years in financing institutions/bank as a supervisor or senior staff in the field of sales
- Having financing business knowledge
- Having knowledge of financial products owned by the company
- Excellent reporting skills and presentation skills
