Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for selling and promoting products to channel participants (GT/MTI/KA).
- Manages all aspects of the selling process and relationships with partners.
- Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.
- Making daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Monitoring and evaluating productivity of Salesmen and Distributor.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent, especially in FMCG Industry (Personal Care & Skincare Products).
- Required Skill(s):
Negotiation skill, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Distribution Management, Sales Data Report. - Experienced in managing distribution channels (GT, MTI, & KA) for all Tasikmalaya & Garut area.
- Applicant who is under 36 years old is preferable.
- Willing to work travel.
