We are currently hiring a Head of Sales for our client, Aesthetic Derma Centre. This role will play a key part in strengthening the company’s sales function and accelerating business growth. The ideal candidate will drive revenue performance, and develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion from leads to customers
- Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Define pricing strategies and sales programs to maximize profitability
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead generation and conversion strategies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets
