Richeese Factory is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Local Sales Manager to accelerate sales growth and expand market opportunities across Indonesia. This role is responsible for developing and executing local sales strategies, identifying new revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, and driving commercial initiatives that increase customer acquisition and revenue beyond traditional dine-in sales.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the QSR, F&B, retail, or FMCG industry, with proven experience in business development, corporate sales, and channel expansion.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy- Develop and execute local sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends to drive sustainable sales growth.
- Build annual and quarterly commercial plans aligned with the company s business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate clients, government institutions, schools, universities, event organizers, and other potential business partners.
- Drive bulk order, catering, and corporate meal programs to generate incremental sales.
- Explore new sales channels and partnership opportunities to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to increase sales across dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru, delivery, and digital platforms.
- Strengthen relationships with food delivery aggregators and other commercial partners.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales performance across different customer segments.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
- Support new store openings by developing local sales activation plans and partnership strategies.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and evaluate their commercial effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular business performance reports and present actionable recommendations to management.
- Monitor KPIs, including sales growth, partnership performance, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the QSR, F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable sales growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
- Experience working with food delivery platforms and modern sales channels is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Willing to travel as required.
