Aqua Elektronik is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive total sales in the SM channel and lead the field sales team from the Bandung area. You will coordinate with HO for asset management and ensure excellent sell-out performance across stores.
Responsibilities include developing sell-out programs, monitoring competitors, and delivering regular reports. You will train branch teams and ensure alignment between sell-in and sell-out, contributing to sustainable growth.
