Kandidat lulusan S1 dengan IPK minimal 3,00 berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang asuransi, akan melakukan kunjungan pelanggan, mencatat aktivitas penjualan melalui SFA, dan mengikuti proses seleksi seperti tes psikologi dan wawancara.
