3. Selalu memantau perkembangan dan perubahan produk baru di pasar, mengumpulkan informasi tentang pesaing utama, memahami kebutuhan pasar dan model penjualan, serta menyelesaikan riset pasar yang diperlukan oleh perusahaan, dan secara berkala mengajukan laporan pasar.
