Year(s) of working experience as a Sales Supervisor in Tobacco Industry or FMCG.

Collect data related to geographical, cultural, and demographic conditions (age range, profession, gender, andculture) from the targeted sales area to market the product.

Establishment of measurement target for each sales (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).

Discover new customers (Coverage Extensions).

Update and leverage sales activity assistance sheets.

Management of same-day sales proceeds for each sales

Facilitates Field Execution.

Diagnoses the operation of sales activities based on the plan and strengthens sales capabilities.

Comprehensive status diagnosis & reporting (Performance, Field monitoring, Collection of information).

Carry out the authorization function in the sales area as regulated in the document of Authorization Level.

Supervise all activities in the sales area so as to comply with the applicable procedures.
