Corporate Account Manager

• Responsible for achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers, and developing, managing, and maintaining long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
• Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts, such as contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of services delivered by the company.
• Analyze customer data to identify potential needs, interests, or issues, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Review customer activity reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets set by the company.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on new products or services that may be relevant to their business needs.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial business agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
• Experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience as an Account Manager or in B2B Sales.
• Strong network and proven experience in prospecting, acquiring, and managing customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of business acumen and customer focus.
