2. Hiring Background

To accelerate channel expansion in [Indonesia-West Java], we are seeking Sales professionals to develop local distributors and drive sales growth.
3. Responsibilities & QualificationsKey Responsibilities
- Develop and manage national/regional sales channels
- Build and maintain distributor relationships
- Negotiate commercial policies and sales agreements
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Provide regular sales forecasting and market feed
back
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, especially familiar with RAC channels in Banduang/Cirebon/Tegal.
- Strong local distributor network.
- Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and local language.
