Develop and acquire new business partners and borrower accounts.

Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and engagement to successful funding.

Build long-term relationships with borrowers before, during, and after the funding process.

Negotiate and execute commercial agreements with partners.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.

Identify potential risk and compliance issues and proactively mitigate them.

Contribute to revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Relationship Manager, Business Development, Sales, or Partnership roles within Fintech (P2P Lending) or Banking.

Proven track record of acquiring new business and delivering measurable commercial results.

Strong network across industries such as Telecommunications, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals
, or other corporate sectors.

Good understanding of financial services and digital lending.

Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
