Sales - Interior Design & Build

Manage and build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

Identify and understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budget requirements.

Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable interior solutions.

Prepare and present proposals to clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations, and handle client objections effectively.

Drive the sales process from initial consultation through toproject closing.

Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to support project requirements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.

Minimum3 years of experience in Sales; experience in a similar industry or position is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Experience or knowledge in the interior design industry is highly preferred.

Confident, proactive, persuasive, and target-oriented.

Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
