About role:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Partners. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations and offers exposure to the workings of venture capital and the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar & Scheduling:
Manage calendars across multiple time zones, resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate internal and external meetings with founders, investors and stakeholders.
- Travel & Logistics:
Handle end-to-end travel planning including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas and itineraries, ensuring smooth execution of domestic and international trips.
- Relationship Management:
Act as a reliable liaison for portfolio founders, investors and ecosystem partners; represent the firm with discretion and courtesy.
- Projects & Initiatives:
Assist with firmwide projects such as events, founder engagement programs, investor meetings, working closely with the teams.
- Admin Support:
Overseeing office administration ensuring the workplace is well maintained and operational.
- Confidentiality & Judgment:
Handle sensitive information with tact and discretion, exercising sound judgment in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, having minimum 5 years of experience (with atleast 3 years in EA role).
- Prior experience in Airlines, Hospitality, VC, Consulting or Startups background is a plus.
- Professional presence, ability to interact with senior stakeholders, multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
